Beyond the Transaction
Darlene Rossi, GRI, ABR, CRS, C2EX
Broker/Owner | Morin Real Estate | Licensed Broker in Massachusetts & New Hampshire
Darlene Rossi believes that every move represents more than a real estate transaction—it marks a significant chapter in someone's life. Some transitions are welcomed with anticipation, while others arrive unexpectedly or through circumstances beyond our control. Whatever the journey, Darlene considers it a privilege to walk alongside people as they make informed decisions and move toward what comes next.
Since beginning her real estate career in 2010, Darlene has served buyers, sellers, first-time homebuyers, investors, and families throughout North Central Massachusetts and the Monadnock Region of Southern New Hampshire. She is known for combining market knowledge, strategic negotiation, and thoughtful communication with a genuine commitment to understanding each client's unique circumstances and goals.
Before entering real estate, Darlene served in nonprofit leadership, where she developed a passion for serving others, building organizations, and strengthening communities. Those experiences continue to shape both her leadership and the culture she is working to cultivate at Morin Real Estate.
As Broker/Owner, Darlene is committed to building a brokerage that values professional excellence, lifelong learning, meaningful relationships, and service to the communities it calls home. She believes that while homes are bought and sold every day, the way people are cared for throughout the process leaves a lasting impact.
Darlene is licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and holds the GRI, ABR, CRS, and C2EX designations. She currently serves as President of the Realty Guild and previously served as President of the North Central Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® in 2021. She is also a graduate of the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce Community Leadership Institute, holds an Associate Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Business Management from Mount Wachusett Community College, an Operations Management Certificate from the Wharton School Coursera Program, and is a Massachusetts Notary Public.
Whether serving clients, mentoring agents, or working alongside community leaders, Darlene's desire is the same: to help people navigate important life transitions with wisdom, integrity, and compassion while contributing to stronger professionals, healthier communities, and a brokerage that reflects those same values.
